General Information
How do I access the membership site (Performance Center)?
All of your Marketing on Track trainings are located in the Performance Center. You should have received an email titled “[Marketing on Track] Welcome! We’re SO Glad You’re Here” on the day you enrolled. Click your Magic Link in the email to access the Performance Center.
If you can’t find the email (please check your spam), you’ll need to reach out to our support team at support@marketingontrack.com to troubleshoot why you aren’t receiving emails.
Where do I find the lessons?

Are there replays of the live sessions?
Yes! Every live coaching call is recorded and uploaded to the Replays tab of the Performance Center within 48 hours.
Where do I find my Milestone Document?
Please click the Coaching tab in the Performance Center, and you should see your Milestone Document link at the top of the page. If you can’t find your Milestone Document, please contact our support team at support@marketingontrack.com so we can help you track it down.
Help! I can’t find my password to log in to the Performance Center.
This happens sometimes! Fortunately, there’s an easy way to reset your password. Log into your and enter the email address associated with your Marketing on Track account, then click forgot or reset password.
How do I access the bonuses?
To access your bonuses, go to your flight deck and click on the Bonuses link at the top of the page. Please be aware that not all bonuses will be available immediately!
How do I know Marketing on Track will work for my local business?
The principles taught in the Marketing on Track program apply. Marketing on Track has businesses from around the world from all kinds of industries. We haven’t seen a single case where our strategies don’t work. Marketing on Track is in demand from people who demand results. When you follow the Marketing on Track roadmap, you’ll achieve organic and sustainable results for your local business online. That said, please be aware optimizing your online visibility may take some time, depending on the current state of your online presence.
How will Daylight Savings Time affect my call times?
Each Spring and Fall, in Canada our clocks will “spring forward” or “fall back” an hour – so 1pm EST all of a sudden becomes 12pm EST. This means that if you are in a different time zone, your call times will take place an hour BEFORE or LATER than they were before. To sync with our time zone, you can use this online time zone converter to help you out!
How long is the Marketing on Track program?
Marketing on Track is an 8-week long program — but you’ll have access to the content for life!
What is the program schedule?
You can find the details of the program schedule on the Schedule tab of your Marketing on Track Performance Center! If you have any questions about the schedule, please contact our support team at support@marketingontrack.com.

Can’t attend a call? Every live coaching call is recorded and uploaded to the Replays tab of the Performance Center within 48 hours. Watch these coaching calls to learn from others and get valuable side door coaching!
What if I can’t attend all the sessions?
No worries! First of all, everything is recorded and will be available for you in the Performance Center to go back and review at your own pace. We know you’re busy, and sometimes the timing won’t quite work out. That’s why recordings are available.
We want you to have all the information you need, AND we don’t ever want you to feel that you can’t get support when you need it. We are careful to accommodate your schedule and ask that you make time for coaching sessions to get the most out of the program. You can attend the weekly coaching sessions and make that your regular go-to for support — or watch the replays at your own pace… the choice is yours!
What is the Elite Track and Supercharge session?
The Elite Track and Supercharge sessions are all about getting you on your way to increasing your online visibility for your local business faster… plus a whole lot more! This training is optional and ideal if you’re just getting started OR if you don’t have a lot of time to spare and want the most results with the least effort. The Elite Track and Supercharge sessions are valuable and can add some extra miles to help you reach the finish line in your Marketing on Track journey.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer a pay-in-full option as well as an option to pay in 3 monthly installments (finance charge included).

Coaching
How do I get help from my coach?
There are three ways to get direct help from your coach:
- You can email your coach anytime at the email address in the Coaching tab of the Performance Center.
- You can also tag your coach in your Milestone Document to review your work from the lessons.
- Finally, you can join the weekly coaching call via Zoom and get live direct feedback from your coach.
What if I need extra help or personal support?
When you join Marketing on Track, you’re assigned a dedicated Marketing Performance Coach who will provide you with unlimited email access.
Plus, you get 8 hours of group coaching support on Fridays.
Then there’s the Facebook Group — an entire community to support you in reaching your goals throughout the program.
No matter who you are or where you live in the world, you’ll have unlimited email support and up to 8 hours of group coaching support from your coach. We got you covered!
How do I join the calls for live coaching?
You’ll receive an email reminder every week with the Zoom link. You can also find the time and Zoom link on the Coaching page in the Performance Center.
